With projects that demand precision, quality, and timely delivery, we are now looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to head our finance and accounts operations. This is a key leadership role that will ensure financial discipline and support management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire accounts & finance function for civil and infrastructure projects
• Oversee vendor and contractor billing, purchase orders, and payment approvals
• Manage GST, TDS, statutory filings, and ensure audit compliance
• Prepare budgets, project-wise costing, and cash-flow projections
• Deliver timely MIS and financial reports to management
• Monitor cost control and ensure proper utilisation of funds across projects
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounts team
• Act as a financial advisor to top management on project and company-level decisions

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification
• 10–12 years of proven experience in accounts, preferably within the civil construction or infrastructure industry
• In-depth knowledge of project-based accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage financial operations end-to-end

Salary: Attractive, based on experience and leadership capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
