DIVA Projects is a trusted name in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong skills in managing project-based finances for civil-oriented works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts for multiple civil and infrastructure projects
• Handle vendor & contractor billing, purchase orders, and payment schedules
• Prepare and reconcile project financial statements
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounts, preferably in the civil/construction industry
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and project-based accounting
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
