About Us:
DIVA Projects is a fast-growing civil contracting and real estate development company, executing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects with precision and quality. We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer who can independently handle execution and ensure seamless coordination at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution across civil and finishing works
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and labour teams
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and material records
• Monitor safety compliance and resolve site-related challenges proactively
• Work closely with the Project Manager for progress reporting and issue resolution

Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works, quality control, and site management
• Fluency in Hindi and Tamil (mandatory) to effectively communicate with labour and local teams
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
