Job Description

Role Overview: As a Partner Account Manager, your main responsibility is to onboard and develop relationships with 70-80 partner accounts in your assigned territory to enhance the Dine-out business and service offerings, aiming to achieve a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) target of 80-90 lacs per month. Your targets will be tailored based on specific markets and geographies within India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Account & Partner Relationships by onboarding new accounts, ensuring correct Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content, and conducting persuasive presentations to drive partner investments. - Execute growth forward activities like offer alignments and marketing operations to ensure successful events and activities. - Develop growth plans for each managed account and gather insights on competitor actions. - Interpret Data & Manage Business Performance by analyzing key performance metrics with partners, ensuring the right RDP view for conversions, and staying updated on competitor investments. - Ensure partner investments are competitive by highlighting insights from the dashboard and explaining benefits to partners. - Interact with Stakeholders and demonstrate the following functional competencies: - Understand Dine Out offerings and growth levers. - Utilize knowledge of basic metrics and data dashboards. - Comprehend the Conversion Funnel at an advanced level. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 1-3 years of field sales experience. - Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English. - Proficiency in e-commerce activities and online marketing channels. - Possess effective communication skills and a go-getter personality. - Strong analytical skills with good Excel proficiency. - Flexibility in working hours and leadership skills to build networks and influence outcomes. - Initiative, adaptability, creativity, and drive to bring about positive change and contribute to business growth.,
