Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, your primary role will be to manage the financial reporting process by preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and statements. You will assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). It will be your responsibility to monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded. - Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. - Prepare and post journal entries as required to keep the financial records up to date. In addition to financial reporting, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. As a team leader, you will lead, train, and mentor the accounting team. It will be your responsibility to delegate tasks effectively and ensure that team members are meeting performance expectations.
