Senior Account Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all financial operations of our construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting, general ledger, and financial statements. Monitor project-wise expenses, cost allocations, and budgeting. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory regulations. Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams. Analyze financial data to support business decisions. Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP software. Good understanding of project costing, taxation, and statutory compliance. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
