Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping Adobe's market presence and achieving ambitious goals. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Adobe's objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success, analyzing market trends to stay competitive, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance, coordinating with creative teams for impactful marketing materials, monitoring and optimizing campaign efficiency, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets for seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 7 years in marketing campaign planning and execution, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate effective leadership and communication abilities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, and have prior experience in digital marketing and familiarity with Adobe's product suite.
