Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager (Senior Manager - Client Relations) located in Mumbai. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and executing strategic account plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

• Client relationship management: developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Project management: complete accountability on projects, delivering on expectations to ensure client satisfaction and business success, presenting ideas and account management on a day-to-day basis.
• Understanding client briefs and translating the same to the internal team with an actionable plan.
• Liaising with our creative team (editors, designers, copywriters), other partner agencies and external vendors to successfully complete client projects.
• Identifying new business opportunities by targeting new clients and upscaling current ones.
• Working with the finance team to ensure complete and timely billings of projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in an advertising agency, production house, or equivalent
• Experience in client relationship management and account planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
