Roles & Responsibilities:Develop print and pattern designs for fabrics, garments, and accessories (both digital and hand-drawn). Create textile graphics, motifs, and illustrations aligned with seasonal trends and buyer requirements. Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to translate concepts into fabric-ready designs. Prepare tech packs, colorways, repeats, and CADs for production. Research and forecast fashion trends, textures, and color palettes for textile applications. Work on branding graphics, packaging, and labels for apparel. Ensure all designs comply with quality standards, print feasibility, and cost efficiency. Handle digital printing files and coordinate with printers/vendors for sampling and approvals. Maintain an organized digital design library for future references. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand’s textile collection and market appeal.
Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end accounting operations — purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries in Tally/ERP. Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of daily accounting tasks. Manage vendor payments, GST, TDS, PF/ESI coordination, and other statutory compliances. Oversee inventory and cost accounting — fabric, trims, and production material reconciliation. Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports for management review. Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits. Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund transfers. Support management with cost control and process improvement initiatives. Key Requirements:B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification. Proficient in Tally, Excel, GST filing, and account reconciliation. Prior experience in garment or textile industry preferred. Strong understanding of factory accounting, vendor management, and compliance. Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills. Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and self-driven.
