Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can lead client relationships end-to-end while bringing strong expertise in Social Media Management and Paid Media performance. You’ll be the strategic partner for brands, ensuring seamless execution, measurable results, and consistently high-quality work from the internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

  • Own client communication, expectations, and relationship building.
  • Understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable strategies for SMM + Paid Media.
  • Lead campaign planning, approvals, timelines, and deliveries.
  • Present strategies, monthly plans, and performance reports confidently.

Social Media Management

  • Drive the creation of monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and platform-specific strategies.
  • Ensure content quality, relevancy, and brand alignment across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Work closely with creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping content.

Paid Media Leadership

  • Build and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
  • Set up performance KPIs, budgets, and optimization strategies.
  • Interpret analytics, build insights, and convert them into clear recommendations for the client.
  • Partner with performance specialists to ensure campaigns deliver ROI and growth.

Team & Process Management

  • Guide and mentor junior AMs/AEs on daily account operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between creative, strategy, and performance teams.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery, communication, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in account management at a digital/creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media + paid ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to balance creativity with numbers—comfortable with both content and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple accounts and handle fast-paced campaigns.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing, ORM, or brand strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute proactively to new ideas and campaign directions.
