We’re seeking a Student-centric, highly driven Senior Academic Counsellor who thrives in a dynamic, emerging business environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Communication & Student Acquisition

● Engage proactively with potential students and partners to drive enrolments.

● Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat, and social media).

Qualify prospects, generate interest, and close student acquisition cycles.

🔹 In-Person & Virtual Engagements

● Conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual consultations with learners and business stakeholders.

● Present value propositions clearly and confidently to convert leads into enrolled students.

🔹 Relationship Management

● Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with students and partners.

● Act as the primary touchpoint, ensuring a smooth onboarding and learning journey.

🔹 Database & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of all student and partner interactions.

● Track communication history, follow-ups, and progress toward acquisition goals.

🔹 Student Advocacy & Feedback Loop

● Actively collect feedback and student concerns, relaying key insights to the Student Experience Team.

● Champion student needs to help shape better learning outcomes and experiences.

🔹 Target Ownership & Performance Tracking

● Own your targets and KPIs, maintaining a results-driven approach.

● Regularly evaluate performance and adapt strategies to exceed expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

✓ Proven experience in student counselling, sales, or relationship management.

✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✓ Comfortable with high-volume call environments and multitasking.

✓ Passionate about student success and continuous learning.

✓ Strong organizational and CRM/database management skills.
