Senior Academic Counselor

*Responsibilities:*

Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Customer Service, Sales Skills, Organization Skills, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Admissions Process,

* To understand career requirements of the students and counsel them and parents (if required) to offer subject matter expertise for specific courses of the university.

* Conduct detailed profile assessment of the students, recruit unconditionally, and guide them to the suitable course.

* Cold Call on database to generate leads

* Counsel students and generate leads related to the courses offered by the university

* Respond to inquiries from students and parents related to programs offered by university

* Assist students in admission application

* Telephonic follow-ups, and closure of prospects.

* Work independently with minimal supervision.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.

* Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
