As part of our expanding outreach and admissions team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Academic Counselor to strengthen our presence in the Gurugram region and support students in making informed academic choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive student admissions through direct outreach and engagement initiatives across Gurugram and surrounding areas.

Actively participate in school career fairs, seminars, and educational events to promote the college's offerings.

Establish strong connections with school principals and senior educators to seek permissions for outreach activities and collaborations.

Generate leads through multiple channels including school databases, field visits, student interactions, and digital inquiries.

Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and parents, explaining program offerings, career paths, and the admissions process.

Convert qualified leads into successful admissions by building rapport and delivering trusted guidance.

Achieve and exceed individual and team enrollment targets in a timely and strategic manner.

Mentor and guide junior counselors and tele calling teams to ensure effective lead follow-ups and quality engagement.

Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM and internal tracking tools.

Collaborate closely with the outreach and marketing teams to support campaigns and improve visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

5–6 years of relevant experience in admissions counseling, education sales, or institutional outreach.

Proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions in an academic setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a student-first attitude.

Strong team mentoring experience and leadership capabilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to travel for school visits, outreach events, and educational fairs.
