Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior BDE

Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, CRM follow-ups)
Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
Convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate data in CRM and follow up consistently
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams

As a Team Leader (Additional Responsibilities)

Lead, train, and manage a team of BDEs
Assign daily/weekly targets and track performance
Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and pipeline health
Support team members in closing high-value leads
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS
Ensure team discipline, motivation, and target achievement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in EdTech / Education Sales
Strong communication skills in English + regional language (Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil etc. – as applicable)
Excellent counseling & negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with consistent performance record
Experience using CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)
Ability to handle pressure and fast-paced environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience selling online courses, degree programs, skill-based or entrance coaching programs
Prior experience with inside sales / tele-sales / admission counseling
Immediate or short notice period preferred
