About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey — from admission inquiries to career guidance — ensuring a positive and fulfilling learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students regarding academic courses, program structures, and career options.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.
• Assist in the student admission and enrollment process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions.
• Support academic planning and student retention initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and admission data.
• Collaborate with faculty, placement, and administrative teams for smooth operations.
• Represent the institution during educational fairs, events, and seminars.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or Psychology preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, student support, or educational sales.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bengali/Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or ERP-based systems preferred.
