Segment Manager

Role Overview: As the Segment Lead for the Lifecycle Manager at the company, your primary duty is to transform customer lifecycle into hyper-personalized, data-driven journeys. This involves owning customer outcomes across activation, engagement, spend growth, retention, credit health, and revenue maximization within your segment. By collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will define business objectives, conduct experiments, derive consumer insights, and launch personalized interventions to enhance customer lifetime value while maintaining brand and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define lifecycle objectives and Measures of Success, and pinpoint opportunities for personalization through data analysis - Prioritize portfolio investments to ensure meeting monthly segment targets - Formulate experiment hypotheses, analyze outcomes, and implement personalized solutions accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams to establish eligibility rules, craft personalized messaging, and ensure regulatory compliance Qualification Required: - 1-4 years of experience in business strategy, product marketing, growth, or portfolio management within consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce - MBA from tier 1/ tier 2 colleges is preferred - Possess strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit - Demonstrate a conceptual understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and consumer behavior - Proficiency in data analysis, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills ,
