Security Shift Supervisor

As a Security Shift Supervisor at TCI Express Ltd, your role will involve safeguarding personnel, assets, and operations across the country. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring Loss Prevention during the shift - Ensuring strict access control during the shift - Ensuring strict discipline during the shift - Taking continuous security/safety rounds of the premises - Reporting every incident/accident, disciplinary cases, and unsafe practices to the Security Manager - Executing Handing/Taking Over responsibilities and maintaining registers for the same - CCTV monitoring and recordkeeping - Handling various issues of drivers, workers, and support staff - Regular briefing and training of the agency security staff, drivers, and support staff - Reporting any kind of malpractices and theft/pilferage attempts to Security Manager immediately - Keeping theft and shortage as the main focus Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate with at least 3 years of work experience in the same field or ex-servicemen with 3 years of private security experience. Your experience in security management, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role within logistics or a related industry, will be valuable. You should have a background in security, experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and proficiency in security technologies and systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
