Security Shift Supervisor

Security Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing end-to-end security operations of the shift and will be responsible for the safety & security of employees and assets at the site.

Security Shift Supervisor will report to Security Site Lead and Corporate Security Agent/ Corporate Security Agent Manager.

Experience Required:

• Minimum graduate with 5+ years of experience in corporate security management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in either financial or IT/ITES industry is preferred.
• Extensive experience in managing security operations of site with deployment of minimum 50+ security staff.
• Capable of developing security protocol, checklists and scripts.
• Capable of implementing security SOPs and ensures compliances.
• Capable of conducting safety & security inductions for external vendors.
• Capable of maintaining security registers at post and site levels.
• Extensive experience of security systems and equipments.
• Capable of conduct system checks of all security equipment.
• Capable to operating Access Control and CCTV camera applications.

Communication Skills Required:

• Proficiently communicates in English, Hindi and local languages.
• Good computer knowledge (MS office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Maintains relationship with internal clients and external partners.

Leadership Skills Required:

• Demonstrates leadership of high quality.
• Capable to managing shift ops with effective command and control.
• Manage team rostering and leave application of SBO/STOs.
• Supervises all posts allotted at the site to ensure high service quality.
• Capable of managing counterparts in different support functions.
• Training and Drilling-Capable of conducting drills & training of new and existing SBO/STOs. Demonstrate consistently high scores in training and drills.

Crisis & Operations Management:

• Capable to identify an emergency/incident/crisis.
• Understands and follow local and regional escalation protocols.
• Capable to communication during an emergency/incident/crisis.
• Remain calm under pressure and in the event of an incident/crisis.
• Capable to identify and escalate any risks related to security operations.
• Capable to provide direction to SBOs performing post or ad-hoc duties.
• Capable to manage project work and external vendors at site/floors.
