Quality Audit

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control audit plans. You will also participate in the development of Standard Operating Plans and provide rationale for deviations from forecasts. Your role will involve inspecting materials and components for defects, damage, or non-compliance with specifications. In addition, you will assess and define reaction plans for un-forecasted delivery, quality, or operations events. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop a long-term plan to mitigate risks, improve On Time Delivery, and expedite opportunities to meet customer demands. You will review and update quality procedures and documentation as needed, as well as conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality requirements. Monitoring and ensuring the proper storage and handling of products within the warehouse to avoid potential damage will also be part of your duties. You will collect and analyze data related to delivery performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will prepare reports on quality performance and present findings to management, identifying opportunities for improvement in warehouse quality processes and implementing solutions.
