Executive/ AM - Internal Audit

You will be joining TCI Express Ltd. as an Internal Auditor, where your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute audit operations in compliance with the company's audit policies and procedures. Your role will involve preparing detailed audit plans, conducting audits, and presenting comprehensive audit reports to the Audit Head for review. You will also play a crucial role in closing audit observations and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute audit operations in accordance with established audit guidelines. - Prepare detailed audit plans and schedules to ensure thorough coverage of audit areas. - Present audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Head for review and further action. - Review internal control systems and processes to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. - Make recommendations for enhancing internal controls and assist in implementing necessary actions. - Provide periodic reports, management information systems (MIS), and feedback to the Audit Head and internal stakeholders. - Travel to various branch locations and field offices as required to conduct audits effectively. Qualifications Required: - Must have a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). - Preferred educational qualification of at least Secondary (10th Pass). - Strong understanding of audit principles, practices, and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.,
