Role Purpose Statement:

⮚ The incumbent will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, assets, and operations across the country within TCI Express Ltd.

Main Accountabilities:

1) Ensuring Loss Prevention in the premises

2) Ensuring safe practices in material handling

3) Ensuring strict discipline of the Security staff, drivers and workers

4) Conducting monthly mock drills on various topics like Firefighting, Mob Unrest, Earthquake, Gas leakage, Accident, impersonation, forgery, illegal weapon entry, infighting, etc.

5) Local police and local administration liaising

6) Vigilance and intelligence gathering

7) Daily security & intelligence reporting to Corporate Office

8) Incident and accident management

9) Maintaining strict access control

10) CCTV monitoring and coordination with Central security control room

11) Upkeep and maintenance of Security & Safety related documents

12) Theft and shortage have to be main focus

Qualification:-Graduate with at least 7 years of Work Experience in same field

Experience : 7-10 yrs

Salary (CTC) - 10 LPA

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

⮚ Experience in security management, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role within logistics or a related industry.

⮚ Should be from Security background

⮚ Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

⮚ Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

⮚ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

⮚ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⮚ Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
