Security Manager

The Security Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the university campus, including hostels, academic blocks, administrative offices, residential areas, and event venues. The role demands strong vigilance, student sensitivity, and the ability to handle emergencies, while coordinating with local law enforcement and government authorities whenever required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen / Retired Police Officers with proven leadership in campus/hostel security.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a university or educational institution.
• Familiarity with student-related security issues (ragging prevention, anti-harassment protocols, hostel discipline).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,597.45 - ₹57,406.36 per month
