Job Description

As a Security Lead / Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols to safeguard office buildings, occupants, assets, and confidential information. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols and procedures. - Conducting regular risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. - Overseeing the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. - Monitoring and maintaining security systems such as access control, CCTV, alarms, and fire safety equipment. - Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response services. - Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions. - Developing and delivering security awareness training programs for employees. - Staying updated on industry trends and emerging threats to enhance security measures. - Managing relationships with external security vendors and contractors. - Regularly reviewing and updating security policies and procedures. Your performance objectives will include conducting a strategic review of security services and supply contracts across sites, as well as renegotiating and tendering contracts where necessary to ensure optimal value.
