Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the physical security of a Residential Complex, developing and implementing security policies, and training staff on security protocols. The Security Manager will monitor and assess risks, respond to security incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Physical Security and Security Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Experience in the FM security industry is mandatory
