Ensure all data entries, billing, and night audit activities are accurately recorded in IDS . Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field. 3–5 years of experience in front office or operational roles in the hospitality sector. Proficiency in IDS Hotel ERP system is mandatory. Strong communication, leadership, and crisis-handling skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
