Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure security operations at the green field or operational cement plant site, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies to prevent theft, vandalism, and damage to equipment.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for employees on industrial safety protocols.
Implement vigilance measures to detect potential threats and respond promptly to emergencies.
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents and resolve security breaches.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in a similar role within the cement industry.
Strong understanding of Green Field Projects, Industrial Projects, Cement Plant operations, Safety Management, Security Management, Security Operations, Security Training, Security Monitoring, Asset Protection, Industrial Security, Vigilance principles.
Ex-Army background mandatory with Captain and above rank ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
