Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Inbound and Outbound Material Duties: Verification: Check incoming and outgoing shipments against documents to ensure accuracy. Inspection: Examine packages for damage or tampering before allowing entry or exit. Authorization: Confirm that deliveries and dispatches are approved by management. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of received and dispatched materials, including time, quantity, and sender/receiver details. Security Checks: Ensure unauthorized or hazardous items are not brought in or taken out. Staff Management Duties: Access Control: Verify employee IDs and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Attendance Monitoring: Maintain records of staff entry and exit times. Safety Enforcement: Ensure employees follow security protocols, such as wearing ID badges and adhering to safety regulations. Incident Reporting: Document and report any security breaches or suspicious activities involving staff. Visitor Management Duties: Registration: Record visitor details, including name, purpose of visit, and contact information. Verification: Confirm appointments and check identification before granting access. Guidance: Direct visitors to their destinations within the premises. Escort Services: Accompany high-profile visitors or those requiring assistance. Emergency Handling: Respond to security incidents involving visitors and ensure their safety. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
