Summary

Ping Identity Engineer/Security Architect

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer authentication and authorization workflows
• Integrate with third-party identity providers, directories, and social login mechanisms
• Configure and manage PingOne platform (PingOne MFA, PingOne Risk, PingOne DaVinci orchestration)
• Define policies for adaptive authentication, step-up authentication, and user journeys
• Implement and support PingFederate for SSO and federation use cases
• Enable provisioning and lifecycle management through PingOne
• Design and build workflows in Ping DaVinci for identity verification, fraud detection, and progressive profiling
• Integrate DaVinci flows with APIs, third-party tools, and identity proofing services
• Collaborate with security teams to align CIAM implementations with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards
  

Must Have

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Ping Identity solutions (PingOne, Ping DaVinci, PingFederate)
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices
• Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/CIAM)
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security best practices
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to other IAM platforms or cloud security tools
  

Additional Information

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity is required
• Role is based in Bengaluru or Gurugram
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
