Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our Operations team at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial activities and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the operations team.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of secretarial principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
