Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

Coordinate daily health check schedules, appointments, and patient flow.
Ensure smooth execution of preventive health check packages as per defined protocols.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for investigations and reports.
Coordinate with Diagnostics, Radiology, Nursing, Doctors, and Front Office teams.
Handle walk-ins, corporate health checks, and special camps.

Patient Experience

Ensure a positive and hassle-free experience for health check patients.
Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Guide patients through investigations and consultations.

Corporate & Camp Coordination

Plan and execute corporate health check programs and outreach camps.
Coordinate logistics, manpower, equipment, and reports for camps.
Maintain liaison with corporate clients and marketing teams.

Billing & Documentation

Ensure correct package selection, billing, and cashless processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with NABH / hospital policies and SOPs.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on health check volumes, revenue, and TAT.
Track package-wise performance and conversion ratios.
Share operational insights with management.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and infection control practices.
Support audits, quality initiatives, and process improvements.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with health check coordinators, nurses, and technicians.
Support training and orientation of new staff.
Ensure optimal manpower deployment.
