We are looking for an honest, diligent, proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the propreitor of the family run company. This role will involve managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and allowing leadership to focus on business development and growth. Key Responsibilities: Excellent follow up skills Handle daily business operations, including marketing and sales coordination Able to negotiate with vendors and source materials. Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding orders and deliveries Maintain basic accounts, records, and documentation Streamline and oversee task management for team members Assist in scheduling, communication, and other executive-level tasks Qualifications & Skills: 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, operations, or executive support Strong organizational and follow-up skills Good English, Hindi and Marathi communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Email, Docs, etc.) Proficiency in Chat GPT and basic AI apps.
