Job Description

A Reputed Real Estate Group offers a Position for an EA Location - Marine Lines Key Responsibilities Calendar & Meeting Management: Managing and scheduling executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.  Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials for meetings.  Taking and distributing accurate minutes during meetings and tracking action items.  Travel & Logistics: Arranging and coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.  Preparing detailed itineraries and supporting executives with expense reports.  Communication & Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing email correspondence.  Acting as a liaison between executives and internal staff, clients, and external partners.  Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.  Document & Information Management: Preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, and other corporate materials.  Maintaining confidential files, records, and databases with high accuracy and discretion.  Administrative & Project Support: Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies.  Assisting with special projects, research, and tracking progress.  Managing and overseeing budgets and expenses.  Professionalism & Discretion: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.  Upholding professionalism and acting as a representative of the executive and company.  Required Skills & Qualities Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to organize schedules, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing correspondence and interacting with stakeholders.  Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of office software, productivity apps, and digital collaboration platforms.  Discretion & Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.  Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges and identifying areas for process improvement.
