SEO Specialist

who can optimize our clients’ digital presence, boost organic traffic, and help build brands that truly connect.

Role Description:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive visibility, rankings, and measurable results. You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is seamlessly integrated into all digital campaigns.📍 Location: Hybrid (Pune, India)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and search trends.
Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for SEO best practices.
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Develop link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain competitiveness.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-driven storytelling.
Prepare monthly SEO reports showcasing performance, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
Understanding of content marketing, keyword mapping, and user intent.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
