Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Role: SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Keyword Strategy & Research

• Identify, cluster, and prioritize

  250+ high-intent keywords

  for both

  hirer

  and

  job seeker

  products
• Optimize for long-tail queries like AI hiring platform India, AI interview software, job seeker AI feedback tools, AI ATS system, etc.

• On-Page SEO & Content Optimization

• Optimize website pages, product descriptions, and landing pages to rank on Google SERPs
• Ensure keyword density, internal linking, and schema markup are applied correctly
• Work closely with the content team to publish SEO-rich blogs, FAQs, and product pages

• Technical SEO

• Conduct site audits to improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Implement SEO best practices across Goodspace’s

  hirer dashboard, job posting flows, and candidate interview flows

• Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Build a strong backlink strategy to compete with

  Naukri.com, Apna.co, and LinkedIn Jobs

• Outreach for guest posts, directory listings, and partnerships to increase domain authority

• Performance Tracking

• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO dashboards
• Report on ranking improvements, impressions, clicks, and conversions for each product keyword cluster

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience with SaaS, HRTech, or B2B/B2C platforms
• Strong knowledge of

  Google Search algorithms, keyword clustering, schema, and Core Web Vitals

• Experience with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC
• Familiarity with

  ATS systems, HRTech, recruitment SaaS, or job board SEO

  is a big plus
• Ability to scale SEO campaigns targeting

  both hirers and job seekers
