Profile Summary:

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market benchmarking.
• Optimize website content, blogs, product pages, and landing pages for targeted keywords.
• Improve meta tags, headers, URLs, alt text, and internal linking structures.
• Ensure the website meets SEO best practices for mobile responsiveness, site speed, and usability.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly code and site enhancements.
• Ensure the website aligns with Core Web Vitals and the latest Google algorithm updates.
• Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports covering rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
• Work closely with content, design, and paid marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in Local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or International SEO.
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and their integration with SEO.
• Understanding of social media's role in boosting organic performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-4 years of proven hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
