• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• ⁠Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies including content optimisation, internal linking, and meta tag creation.
• ⁠Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawl ability, indexing, and site performance.
• ⁠Optimize website structure, sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup for better search visibility.
• ⁠Monitor and analyse website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• ⁠Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
• ⁠Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all campaigns.
• ⁠Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• ⁠Prepare and present SEO performance reports to stakeholders and recommend actionable improvements.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or related role.
• ⁠Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• ⁠Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• ⁠Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
• ⁠Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.
• ⁠Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• ⁠Understanding of content marketing strategies and how SEO integrates with them.
• ⁠Experience with technical site migrations, international SEO, or eCommerce SEO.
