Search Engine Optimization Manager

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO leader with 6–8 years of experience, who knows how to scale organic traffic across large websites (50,000+ pages) and is excited about leveraging AI tools for smarter SEO. If you come from high-growth B2C industries like travel, insurance, e-commerce, or edtech—and you thrive on turning SEO into a lead-generation engine—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives
• Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Surfer, Jasper, ChatGPT, Clearscope) to enhance content, automate audits, and optimize workflows
• Manage SEO operations for 50,000+ indexed pages with a focus on quality traffic, search visibility, and conversion
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO specialists (up to 5 team members)
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawling, indexing, site speed, and structured data
• Collaborate with content, tech, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into every part of the funnel
• Monitor keyword trends, algorithm updates, and competitor performance to adjust strategy
• Translate SEO performance into clear, actionable insights using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio

What You Bring:

• 6–8 years of solid SEO experience, preferably in B2C-focused companies
• Proven track record in managing SEO for large-scale websites with tens of thousands of pages
• Strong experience with AI-based SEO tools and automation workflows
• Expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, schema markup, and mobile-first optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, measure performance, and make data-backed decisions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
