Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Fuse Capital website to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and align with business objectives. - Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase website traffic. - Manage day-to-day website operations to ensure timely updates, continuous improvements in functionality, and performance enhancements. - Uphold best practices in UI/UX design to create an intuitive and engaging website experience for visitors. - Design and construct conversion rate-optimized web pages to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition. - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in website management and strategy development. - Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, HTML & CSS, UI/UX, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Website Manager and SEO Specialist. - Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot for integrating website and SEO strategies to optimize user experience and lead generation. - Hands-on expertise in building CRO web pages. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively.
