Role Overview

We’re looking for an extraordinary SEO Specialist — someone who lives and breathes search rankings, algorithm updates, and on-page precision.

You’ll be responsible for taking complete ownership of SEO across our agency and our client projects, ensuring strong organic visibility, high-quality leads, and consistent ranking growth.

This is not a “do what you’re told” job — we want someone who can think, plan, execute, and dominate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve SEO performance for both The Growing Graph and client websites.

Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies that actually move rankings.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies.

Create or guide SEO-friendly content strategies with our content team.

Plan and build local SEO structures (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, NAP consistency).

Track and analyze performance with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Stay updated on search trends, algorithm changes, and continuously test new SEO methods.

Communicate results and strategies clearly with clients and internal teams.
