Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  the SEO team focused on implementing black hat SEO strategies
• Drive

  advanced keyword targeting, link schemes, cloaking, PBNs

  , and automation tactics
• Identify loopholes in search engine algorithms to maximize ranking opportunities
• Analyze SEO performance using tools like

  Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4

  , etc.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement cohesive strategies
• Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, penalties, and underground SEO trends
• Oversee

  performance reporting

  , competitor tracking, and traffic growth insights
• Ensure strategies remain agile, adaptive, and aligned with business KPIs

Requirements:

• 3+ years

  of SEO experience with a

  strong focus on black hat strategies

• Proven success in delivering measurable results in

  high-competition industries

  , preferably

  travel

• Hands-on expertise with

  technical SEO, link networks, cloaking, and SEO automation tools

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team, and meet performance goals
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, IT, or related fields)
• A data-driven approach with a
