ReraTracker is a platform that helps home-buyers and investors verify RERA registrations, monitor project progress, check builder credentials, access documents and track complaints/state compliance across India. We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to grow organic visibility, improve on-site relevance and manage off-page authority.

Role summary

Hands-on SEO Specialist responsible for Audit, on-page & off-page optimisation, link building, content optimisation, traffic analysis and monthly reporting. You will recommend and document technical changes for the development team, run outreach campaigns, and own keyword / ranking performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day SEO tasks across Analytical, Technical, On-Page and Off-Page areas.
• Execute link-building and outreach campaigns (guest posts, Forum, resource links, PR etc).
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings and user behaviour using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
• Produce clear, presentable ranking and performance reports on a regular cadence.
• Track and manage online reviews / reputation and local listings where applicable.
• Write and edit SEO content / briefs and optimise existing content for target keywords.
• Recommend technical fixes to developers with clear reproduction steps and acceptance criteria; validate fixes on staging/production.
• Create and optimise meta tags, headings, alt tags, XML sitemaps and internal linking.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Optimize for AEO and GEO

Required skills & experience

• 3–4 years hands-on SEO experience (on-page, off-page & technical).
• Strong experience in link building and outreach.
• Proven SEO writing and content optimisation skills.
• Good working knowledge of HTML / basic web technologies.
• Expert use of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Webmaster Tools.
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs / Semrush).
• Comfortable with ranking/reporting tools and building presentable SEO reports.
• Excellent organisation, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written & verbal English communication.
