About the Role

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
SEO strategies
to improve organic search performance
Conduct
keyword research
, competitive analysis, and opportunity mapping
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure
Perform
technical SEO audits
and coordinate implementation with developers
Optimize site speed, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
Build and manage
high-quality backlinks
Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages
Monitor ranking shifts and algorithm updates; adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure SEO best practices are followed across the website and campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in
SEO
Strong knowledge of
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience using SEO tools:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics / GA4
SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
Screaming Frog
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)
Knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS or IT service websites
Knowledge of content marketing and keyword-driven content planning
Experience with schema markup / structured data
Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
