Scrum Master

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who can drive structured agile delivery across multiple UnifyApps implementation tracks. This role will focus on MECE task planning, daily stand-ups, dependency management, and sprint hygiene, ensuring seamless alignment between UnifyApps and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Drive MECE-based backlog/task planning, ensuring complete and non-overlapping task decomposition.
• Identify and clear dependencies across squads, client stakeholders, and vendors.
• Enforce sprint hygiene: backlog grooming, velocity tracking, closure discipline.
• Act as a servant leader, removing blockers for engineering, QA, and implementation teams.
• Partner with Program Directors and Technical Delivery Managers to maintain delivery timelines.
• Track KPIs (velocity, burndown, predictability) and escalate deviations. • Promote agile culture and coach teams/clients on best practices.

Required Qualifications

•  5–8 years of experience in agile project delivery; at least 3 years as Scrum Master in SaaS/enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and ability to apply them in complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tools.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.
• Certifications preferred: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
