Scrum Master

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesIdentify track and help remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint executionSupport the team in backlog refinement and ensure clear communication of goals scope and prioritiesEnsure transparency by maintaining team metrics e g velocity burndown charts and communicating progress to stakeholdersCollaborate and coordinate with cross teamMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate regular feedback loopsPromote adherence to Agile principles ways of working and ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelinesProduce timely reports effort estimation and other necessary deliverables as per the timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science Information TechnologyExperience as scrum master in a telco projectMinimum 5 years as a Scrum Master in a software development or technology environmentStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe and Agile delivery methodologiesCertification in Scrum Master or equivalent certification Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA ConfluenceExcellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
