Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for multiple Scrum teams.

Coach and guide the teams on Agile best practices and principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and review Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Lead and coordinate Scrum of Scrums and dependency management syncs across teams.
Collaborate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Support release planning and deployment activities to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Product Owners, Business groups, and vendor partners.
Write clear and detailed user stories, incorporating input and acceptance criteria using ADO / JIRA.
Manage multiple vendor leads and support effective stakeholder engagement.

Nice To Have

Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
Exposure to Oracle products, especially the Oracle database engine.
