• Experience - 6-9 years
• Shift timing -2 PM to 11 PM

• Lead and deliver large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, financials, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, organizational standards, and policies.
• Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, holding them accountable to the

• Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive alignment, and communicate tough issues with clarity.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and assist in contract negotiations.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Must have skills:

• 4+ years of experience as Scrum master and release management
• Experience managing projects using project life cycle methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets
• Working experience on Mobile applications
