Scrum Master Experience:- 9+ years Notice Period:- 10 days (Max) Location:- Chennai Who are we looking for?  SCM Certified preferred. Manage two scrum teams & Experience in Agile Coach.  Manage each project’s scope and timeline  Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups  Coach team members in Agile frameworks  Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.  Be the point of contact for external communications.  Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Project Management Skills:  Experience planning and managing large scale projects. Strong communication skills.  Experience with agile development planning. Experience planning, executing and reporting on projects with multiple internal and vendors stakeholders who will be responsible for delivery.  The consultants must have experience managing risk, issues, actions, interacting with executive management, and reporting to all levels of the organization.  Must have experience running agile projects.  Must have experience working in JIRA. Behavioral Skills :  Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.  Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction  Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
