Scrum Master

The Scrum Masters responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values . and agile practices mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes,facilitating meetings and . decision-making processes,and eliminating team impediments. Were currently searching for an experienced Scrum Master and business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The Scrum Masters responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
• To be successful as a Scrum Master, you should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.
• An outstanding Scrum Master should have excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills. Using agile methodology, values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing, Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• Tracking and timely escalation of project processes, deliverables, and risks
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
• Technical understanding of Application development is a must
• Act as Product Owner to manage the product backlog

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

• 2-3 years of experience as Technical Scrum Master
• Should have worked in a B2B SAAS setup environment preferably in a startup
• Work closely with Dev team and Architects to minimize Technical Debt and build robust products
• Work closely with QA team members to continually improve quality and performance
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate user requirements into actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
• Technical understanding of Application development is a must
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• High proficiency in technical writing.
