We are hiring Scrum Master

About the Role

Experienced Senior Specialist skilled in Scrum management focusing on stakeholder engagement and Flexcube technical change management to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical change initiatives within the Flexcube environment to enhance system functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
Utilize Scrum management principles to facilitate agile project execution and continuous improvement.
Plan and schedule project activities to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
Oversee benefits management processes to maximize project value and stakeholder satisfaction.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics to support decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of best practices in project and change management.

Required Skills

Drive the technical change management process within Flexcube, coordinating with development and operations teams.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure benefits realization by tracking outcomes against project objectives.
Communicate effectively with senior management and technical teams to ensure transparency.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
