The Job

We are seeking an 6-10 Years as a Scrum Master (Agile).

• Ensuring the quality of Scrum execution with various constructs in place (Definition of Ready and Definition of Done).
• Ensuring proper capacity planning and team buy in on scope of sprints and understanding with team on how work fits into project/product scope.
• Ensuring the delivery of the committed work with required quality within the stipulated timelines.
• Work with product owner to ensure proper balance between functional and non-functional to produce high-quality working software.
• Educating the Scrum team, including the product owner on Agile requirements, Agile planning, backlog creation practices, and all things Scrum.
• Promote commonly accepted better Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate among the Scrum team and monitor adherence to Scrum practices.
• Keep team focused on current sprint goals.
• Promote test automation and in broader sense focus on automation of complete delivery pipeline.
• Ensuring no changes are made in middle of sprint to sprint scope which endanger the Sprint goal, and/or possess danger to overall quality of the working software and stability of the system.
• Use team feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity, and work with team to continuously improve with assistance of a coach and/or experienced Scrum Master.
• Ensuring that impediments from team are tracked and resolved, and risks are communicated well to stakeholders. 
• Ensuring the dependencies with external teams and/or other program teams in scaled context are tracked and managed effectively.
• Ensuring that team is not distracted with unrequired influence from outside noise and focus is on the valuable sprint work.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• At least 5 years experience as part of an Agile team.
• Ability to understand current/changing business processes, analyze and participate in defining requirements and documenting BRDs.
• Must be well versed with various agile metrics like burn-down, velocity, CFD, story bump up charts.
• Must understand the agile metrics and should clearly make out inference to connect it to project context and influence management decisions.
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholder decision making process.
• Strong management of dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, software quality, and committed deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge and certication in Agile methodology and framework
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-functional project teams, including leading Agile Scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms.
• One Scrum Certification is MUST.
• Other Certications in any of the following a plus: PMP, CSM, CSPO, SASM, PSM, CSP, PM, SPC, SA, ITIL, RTE
• Contribution to Whitepapers, Agile Transformation and Agile Assessment (Suitability/Maturity) will be an added advantage.
